Taylor recently got the big news that she made the varsity dance team for her freshman year of high school next year! She's very excited and we're so happy for her. Try-outs were spread out over two weeks, three days each week and she juggled that with her regular dance schedule, track practice and homework and did a fabulous job keeping it all straight. She's so excited for next year and says there are lots of nice girls on the team.
The flower that this years team gave to each of the girls who made the team:
Note the "red feather". They are the North Cental Indians and the dance team is called the Red Feathers.
They are performing in this years Lilac Parade with the 2008 team, so have already started practicing. Combined with end of year rehersals and recitals at her dance studio... things are getting pretty danc-y around here!

the feather is a nice touch. we just got a sign in the front yard that says "norman high pom lives here"
That's a cool idea on the sign though. I think that's very clever!
