Your Christmas Card:

So yesterday, I took the boys and ran some errands. One of the places we went was the dollar store. Now, if any of you have ever been to the dollar store, you know that the carts are not exactly super-sized, and by the time you put the baby carrier on top and the two year old in the back, you really have to work to get all your purchases into the cart, wedged very creatively around the kids and stuffed into every nook and cranny. We get up to the register and Noah was in a helpful and happy mood, mostly because I bought him a Spongebob toothbrush, so he helps me unload the cart. I really wasn't paying attention to what he was unloading, just trying to unload, keep Adam happy and get out of there as quickly as we could. It's no wonder that when we got home and I unpacked, I learned that we had bought this:

Not necessarily what I would have chosen... Apparently, Noah had smuggled them into our cart when I wasn't looking. So now you'll know why we're sending out Lightning McQueen Christmas cards this year. Merry Christmas!

Oh, and just to keep you posted, I did finally clean my tub. Here's proof.

Much better, huh?? Now if only I could be shamed into cleaning the hall closet!

Hi Laura,
Love your blog. What a cute family picture. That's too funny about the Christmas cards. We've had our share of stow away things in our cart too, ones I've caught and ones I haven't :)
